Located 3 miles from Crawford, MS on the Tarleton Road where the Old Brooksville Highway intersects.  Going West on Tarleton Road it is on the South Side of the Road in a grove of trees.

Grey Ledbetter , ca 1776, d.  very early. Shown on Lowndes 1840 census, age between 60-70.  On the 1850 census in Lowndes, he is shown as 73 years of age, born in N.C.  His stone is probably buried under the ground.
