  • ROBERTSON-MEADE CEMETERY

This cemetery is located approximately 100 yards behind a house on Ridge Road. The house is approximately 0.2 miles south of the intersection of Ridge Road and Spruil Road. The cemetery is sometimes called Goshen Cemetery. Some of the graves are covered under years of vegetative growth. At least two of the people buried in this cemetery are direct descendants of the famous Native American woman Pocahontas, who married John Rolfe.

Surveyed by Russell D. James and Mike Lowery on 20 March 2004.
